The Zamfara State Internal Revenue Service (ZIRS) has announced the commencement of its 2025 recruitment exercise, inviting suitably qualified and competent Nigerians to apply for various professional positions within the agency.

In a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria on Saturday, the Service disclosed that the recruitment is part of efforts to strengthen its workforce and enhance revenue administration in the state.

According to the statement, available positions cut across tax administration, legal and compliance services, public enlightenment, as well as communication and related professional roles.

The Service urged interested applicants to ensure they meet the specified eligibility requirements before submitting their applications.

It further stated that the recruitment process would be conducted transparently and strictly based on merit, in line with public service regulations.

ZIRS advised prospective candidates to complete their applications through the official recruitment portal, where full details on eligibility criteria, application procedures and requirements have been published.

The deadline for submission of applications has been fixed for Dec. 18, 2025.

Applicants were cautioned against patronising unauthorised persons or platforms, as the recruitment process is free of charge.

The Service encouraged members of the public to share the information with eligible individuals who may be interested in applying.
